For purchases from Kuwait store to customers residing in Kuwait we have our own experienced delivery team and for regional shipping we have partnered up with DHL so we could get your goodies to your door step as soon as possible.

Depending on the product availability your order might be shipped to you from our Kuwait or GCC Warehouse.

Kuwait Store to Kuwait Customers:

We offer free shipping within 1 to 2 working days for orders above 9 KD anywhere in Kuwait with the exception of:

location south of Fahaheel &Ahmadi (Paid Delivery)
Any location west of Jahra (Paid Delivery)

Our team will contact you before the delivery to make sure of your presence and inform you of the estimated time of delivery.

The courier will wait at your location for up to 15 minutes. In case you do not collect your delivery at the agreed time and location we will provide you with a pick up address to collect your order.

Kuwait Store to GCC Customers:

We offer Paid shipping within 3 to 5 working days for orders all over GCC

The shipping cost will be shown to you in the checkout page
Free Shipping applies to orders above 50 KD ( approximately $160)
You will be contacted by DHL before the delivery

GCC Store:

We offer Paid shipping within 3 to 5 working days for orders all over GCC

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions:

We accept return and exchange up to 30 days after the date of delivery if the product:

is not used
is not washed
is not altered
is not embroidered
has the original tag
is clean and in new condition
has the original invoice is available
has any odor we will charge the customer 2 KD for dry cleaning

Kuwait Customers Could visit our shop and return or exchange for free if the product meets the return conditions.

Important Note: any shipping or customs duty charges paid by the customer are non refundable, refund and exchange value are calculated based on value of the goods minus the value of shipping or customs duty charges.

GCC customers out of Kuwait will need to contact our team within 30 days of delivery and our team will instruct them regarding the return address and procedure depending on the goods shipping origin and delivery addresses.

Any shipping or custom duty charges are non refundable
customer will bare the cost of shipping back the products to scruberries as well as any customs duty charges
once we have received back the products, our team will examine the goods and refund your money ( minus shipping and custom charges) within 3 working days
